Abstract
We are a rank-and-file union rooted in radical democracy. Power in our union flows from the bottom up through collective decision-making, open debate, and direct participation. Every member has the right to speak, vote, lead, and shape the direction of our struggle. We reject backroom deals, top-down leadership, and bureaucracy. We build leadership from the shop floor and hold ourselves accountable to one another. No one speaks for us—we speak and fight for ourselves.
