Abstract
>REPORT, Of the Directors of the New-York and Erie Rail Road Company, filed in the office of the Secretary of State, on the 12th day of January, 1836, pursuant to the directions of the 19th section of the act incorporating said Company. The Directors of the New-York and Erie Rail Road Company, exhibit the following account, of their proceedings and expenditures, du- ring the year ending on the 31st day of December, 1835, to be filed in the Office of the Secretary of State, pursuant to the 19th Section of the act incorporating the Company.
