Abstract

I trust you are hearing me, Sango. When we wake up, we salute the Lord, The Almighty, Good morning, son of Oosase, When we wake, we greet Awo, We greet the king as well as the captain. He who wakes up and greets one not is one’s enemy. Good morning, Sango. Good morning, the Almighty. The-ever-successful-architect, I pay homage to you. Acting without first paying homage brings evil repercussions. He who pays due homage is safe, May I be safe. By its peculiar power, fire consumes wood. Put the magic power of utterance-fulfillment on my tongue, Sango. By its peculiar power, the sun shines forth. Put the magic power of utterance-fulfillment on my tongue, son of Oosase.
