Abstract
In the Name of God the Merciful, the Forgiving. WHEREAS in accordance with the Imperial Farmán dated the fourteenth of Jumádá the Second, a.h. 1324 (= August 5, 1906), a command was issued for the establishment of a National Council, to promote the progress and happiness of our Kingdom and people, strengthen the foundations of our Government, and give effect to the enactments of the Sacred Law of His Holiness the Prophet
