This is the first known account of the efforts of the earliest Christian missionaries to evangelize and convert people in Europe (Greece and Macedonia) to the new religion. It deals mainly with the missionary efforts of Paul and Silas first in Asia Minor, then in Greece and Macedonia, and comprises part of the biblical New Testament book of the Acts of the Apostles, which chronicles the history of the early Christian Church.
