Abstract

Yang Meng-lung is the heir of Yang Pa-erh Hsiu on the orders of his grandfather. Yang P’an-lin is the heir of Yang Pa-wu Hsiu because of the orders of his father and his grandmother. Many years have passed [since they were named heirs]. Personally written testaments of bequest have passed through official hands for certification. They are clearly verifiable. Furthermore the head of the lineage branch who verified them did not dispute them.
