Abstract

The Taguba Report is the shorthand name given to a report prepared by Major General Antonio Taguba in May 2004 as a result of his investigation into allegations of prisoner abuse at the hands of U.S. military personnel at the Abu Ghraib detainee prison in Iraq. Under investigation primarily was the 800th Military Police Brigade, along with one company of the 519th Military Intelligence Battalion. Of particular concern were abuses that occurred in 2003 and 2004.
