Abstract

This editorial cartoon is a critique of President Bill Clinton’s foreign policy. Drawn by cartoonist Steve Greenberg, it first appeared in the Seattle Post-Intelligencer in 1994. Greenberg’s cartoon is a critique on the indecisiveness and half-measures that had become a trademark of Clinton’s foreign policy.
