Abstract

Unlike other reports prepared by the staff of the U.S. Civil Rights Commission for its information base, this report focused solely on one of the major fields of employment for Mexican Americans in the Southwest. This report aimed to provide a basis for the members to judge the potential quality-of-life expectations for many residents of the Southwest.
